August-December 2023
Under the (previous) University College department at Texas State, now under transition, I am the web designer for University College and Academic Advising related departments. We are at the end of a year-long project that includes the re-branding and re-design of the Academic Success and University College departments. Now that University College has been dissolved, I am working on pulling essential department information and have created a new AVAPS website with new sub-pages.
July-December 2023
Within this internship, I get to cover almost all the bases the DMI program covers, ranging from social media posts to web hosting. I began working with BPSF as a web consultant contract position before this position became an internship position for marketing and social media. While I create weekly Instagram posts for BPSF, I am also finishing up my web consultant duties that have been carried to this position such as Google Analytics.

I was the web designer and web consultant for this small business, Chopped!ByD, a local San Marcos barber. I believe in highlighting small businesses and self-made entreprenuers. Dylan Catron is a 23-year old San Marcos barber who is also a Computer Science student at Texas State University.

In addition to my passions for web design and development, data is one other interest I love. During in my time as a student in the SJMC Program, I have worked partnered with clients in the Texas State University Graduate Program, non-profit Herizon Music, and non-profit Bobcat Pride Scholarship. 2022 Texas State Graduate College Report
In the fall of 2022, Group 10 of MC4326 created a report over the analytics of all the social media platforms the Texas State Graduate College utilizes. We formulated engagement rate, performance, and average data from posts.
May 2023
Herizon Music is a non-profit organization focusing on promoting new and upcoming female artists by promoting their work on the Herizon Music website, social media, and podcast. For Herizon Music, I was one of the web design interns who dabbled in content creation and social media performance data, where I assisted in website design mock-ups and website re-design. My main duty was to use performance analyzer platform, Buffer, that allowed me to create monthly reports that summarized and pointed out social media trends and performance.

To build the Comet start-up, it began with protyping the idea, conducting user research to a high variety of user pool, and build SWAT Analysis. In this process I have collaborated with one other student while creating investment plans. To view this report and presentation, view these links here.
